It’s always exciting to relocate to a new city. Maybe you have been abroad earlier, maybe this is the first time you leave your childhood-home. We are happy you decided to study in Trondheim, and we want to invite you to our summer photo-novella competition.
To participate, all you have to do is take some snapshots of the process of moving to Trondheim. Everything from packing your bag, and waving the old folks goodbye, to the actual travel, the arrival, and getting to know Trondheim. About 7 to 15 snapshots will suffice, but if you really want to go overboard, feel free! They can be in colour and black and white, as long as they are of a good size, and we would also like you to give each picture a short caption. Show us what your first impression of the city is, what your first flat look like, and the people you meet!
All entries can be sent to konkurranse[at]studiebyen.no, with «photo-novella» in the subject field, along with your name and contact-information.
The winner will be decided by a jury from StudiebyEN on September 30., and the best entries will be published on our webpage. The 1. prize is a digital compact camera, valued up to 1500,- Norwegian kroners.
StudiebyEN reserves the rights to use pictures entered in the competition in our marketing of Trondheim as Norways premier student city.
